Place of Honor for Santos Doll

Since I'm still feeling giddy about my new Santos doll (see previous post), finding a place of honor for her was my next task.  She now stands on our living room console table, surrounded by treasured items.

After stamping some white gift wrap paper with script, then Distress ink, I tacked it to the back of this old barn window.  Old books and bird statues keep the Santos doll company, as well as a crown which I painted & distressed white.  (You can see how it originally looked here).

My vintage Sacrament certificate leans against the window, while a beautiful ex-voto Sacred Heart locket by Rosemary of Ozma of Odds rests nearby.

It is a peaceful place to gaze upon, and I would hope my Santos enjoys it there.
Linking to White Wednesday.  Have a great week!

I LOVE your display... It is "Perfect"... I REALLY REALLY would like one of those crowns...Looking at it there I'm thinking it would be SO PRETTY to display a birdnest inside and give it a birdcage type effect...LOVE,LOVE,LOVE it!!!
Thank you for sharing,
Hugs to you,
